Shipping Policy

We know getting your supplies on time matters. Here’s how our shipping works.

EASTER WEEKEND UPDATE:

Easter Shipping Update

UK:
Fri 03/04/26: DPD running (no pallets)
Mon 06/04/26: No DPD or pallet collections

EU:
Fri 03/04/26: DPD running 
Mon 06/04/26: Closed

Normal service resumes Tuesday 07/04/26. Please plan orders accordingly.

Dispatch times

Please allow 1-2 working days to process your order. After dispatch you can expect it to arrive on your doorstep within 1-2 working days (unless you've ordered items with a longer lead time.)

We don’t dispatch on weekends or UK/EU public holidays.

You’ll receive a dispatch email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves us.

Where we ship from

UK orders (including Highlands, Islands and Crown Dependencies) are shipped from our Scottish warehouse.

EU and Schengen orders are shipped from our Netherlands warehouse.

This setup keeps things simple — no unexpected customs or clearance charges for EU customers.

Delivery times

UK mainland: Please allow 3-5 working days to process your order. After dispatch you can expect it to arrive on your doorstep within 1-2 working days (unless you've ordered items with a longer lead time.)

Scottish Highlands, Islands & Crown Dependencies: Please allow 3-5 working days to process your order.  2–4 working days from dispatch (unless you've ordered items with a longer lead time.)

EU/Schengen countries: 3–4 working days from dispatch

Other international destinations: delivery times vary — please contact support@candle-shack.co.uk
 for an estimate.

Carriers we use

Smaller parcels are shipped with DPD.

Larger orders are sent with trusted pallet carriers.

All shipments include tracking. You’ll get a link in your dispatch email.

Delivery costs

Delivery costs depend on your location, order weight, and how many parcels your order needs. You’ll see a shipping calculator in your basket before checkout.

Collections

If you’d like to collect your order from our Falkirk HQ, just select “Pick up in store” at checkout. We’ll email you when it’s ready.

Mon–Thurs: 9–11am & 3–5pm

Fri: 9–11am
