EcoSystem RCX Melt Blend - 12.5kg box

EcoSystem RCX Melt Blend is specially formulated for wax melts and tea-lights.

It has similar makeup to our RCX Container Blend, but has a higher melt point of over 50 Deg. C.  It is not well suited to pillar candles or container candles, as it is formulated for smaller products.

RCX Melt Blend is supplied in 800g tubs and in 12.5kg blocks.

How To Use:

We recommend heating this wax to 75 Deg. C when using dye.  It can be heated less if not using dye.  All Bekro Dyes will melt at 75 Deg. C.

Fragrance can be added and stirred at 65 Deg. C. or thereabouts.  make sure the wax and oil are well mixed by stirring gently.

In lab trials, the best results were achieved when pouring between 45 and 55 Deg. C. in an ambient room.

The wax is highly temperature stable and whilst we do not recommend heating the wax any hotter than necessary, heating this wax to 90 or even 100 Deg. C. will not usually damage the structure, but may reduce the shelf life.
