I’ve purchased your candle jars many times and the product quality has always been good. However, the delivery arrangement this time was extremely disappointing. I recently ordered 600 candle jars and kept checking for updates, but I received no notification at all—only a tracking link that never updated.

For customers like me who are not at the factory every day waiting for deliveries, this caused a lot of inconvenience and made it very difficult to plan my work schedule. I truly hope you can improve your delivery process in the future. At the very least, providing an estimated delivery date would help customers arrange their time accordingly.
